POWER YOGA This 12 week program with instructor Jenny Hendy will give you a fresh new perspective on an old favorite. Take a deep breath and check out this class that includes everything from Yoga to Pilates, but definitely not meditation style. Some classes will include Swiss Ball and an optional Iron Yoga night as well. Mondays AND/OR Wednesdays 6:45-7:30pm $55
PILATES FUSION This whole body program will improve posture, balance, flexibility and
strength. Using the best of both disciplines, this class combines the
power of pilates, which will focus on core strength, and the essence of
yoga, which will focus on flexibility and strength exercises. Although
this class is suitable for all fitness levels, it is important that you
go at your own pace suited to your specific fitness level. If you have
one, bring your own yoga mat. Tuesdays AND/OR Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00pm $55
HIP HOP DANCE - Adults This 10-week program with instructor Jessica Burlock will teach you funky dance routines by breaking down movements step-by-step. If you have always wanted to dance but were too shy to join a class ~ then this is the class for you! Come & enjoy the benefits of a good workout while learning how to dance. Sundays from 6:00 - 7:00pm $50
BELLYDANCING for Women This 12- week Bellyfit program with Instructor Jeanette Pearson will introduce you to this beautiful and ancient dance form that has it's roots from the Middle East. The movements are symmetrical in nature and are very complimentary to the female form. It is dance suitable for all ages (12 to 70), shapes and sizes, and can be as challenging as the individual makes it. What a great way to gain fitness, flexibility, grace & poise while learning about dance and music. Bring your friends and be prepared to have fun. Mondays from 7:45 - 8:45pm $65
BELLY FIT This 12- week Bellyfit program with Instructor Jeanette Pearson is a full body, full of spirit, and highly effective exercise experience. It is high energy aerobics fused with belly dance, african dance, bollywood &bhangra, including pilates fused core and yoga infused stretch. Ancient wisdom meets modern fitness, all in one transformational hour. Tuesdays AND/OR Thursdays 8:15 - 9:15pm $65
