INTERMEDIATE AQUAFITNESS This 12 week program with instructor Janet Hamilton offers a low to high intensity cardiovascular & muscle toning program with low impact on joints, includes a warm-up & cool-down. Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm $65, Seniors $50
AFTERNOON AQUACIZE This 12 week program with instructor Liette N-Crabbe offers a low intensity cardiovascular & muscle toning program with low impact on joints, includes a warm-up & cool-down. Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 2:15-3:15pm $90, seniors $65
AQUA-MOTION This 12 week program with instructor Cynthia McLachlin offers an aquatic workout suitable for any level of fitness and is a great way to improve aerobic fitness, develop strength and burn fat without the impact, making it easier on muscles & joints. This class is especially beneficial for new participants, injury rehabilitation, pregnant women, older adults & sports recovery. Wednesday 7-8pm, Sunday 6-7pm $65, Seniors $50
