The Hopewell Rocks in Winter
The Hopewell Rocks Park closes from mid-October to mid-May; however, the park is still accessible to visitors - Please note that no services are available during this time and parking is limited to roadside.
Off-season visitors enjoy the park for fall walks and snowshoeing. The viewing decks allow visitors to view the Bay of Fundy in all seasons.
Stairways to the beach are removed top prevent damage from ice, but alternate beach access is available at the north end of the lower parking area and by hiking the trail to Demoiselle Beach.
Visitors are cautioned that they should be aware of tide times before venturing onto the beach and they are responsible for their own safety.
The Hopewell Rocks' facilities open in mid May until mid October.
